Sporsnis (Ness Sports Centre)

Situated in the north of Lewis, just outside Ness, is one of the best sporting facilities in the Western Isles. The Sports Centre is open to the public Monday to Saturday.

Facilities include a large Sports Hall, three Badminton Courts wide, Fitness Suite, Sauna, Massage by appointment and to cap it all a two lane fully automatic 10 pin bowling alley.

A swimming pool is also available next door in the school. Bookings for all the activities can be made, although not the pool. All facilities can be flexibly arranged to accommodate meetings and groups.

Just down the road, is a truly ‘world class’ play park. If you are looking for a good day family outing, look no further. Wet or dry, you will not be dissapointed!
