Cliff Studio
Newly established in 2020 Cliff Studio is the base for full time Isle of Lewis artist’s Margaret Uttley and David Knight.
Sea, coast, landscape paintings, drawings and ceramics produced throughout the year will be on display for the public during April through to October each year.
Whilst interested in similar themes both artists interpret the coastal landscape with a contrasting vision, Margaret’s powerfully observed figurative approach complements the colour and surface movement of David’s abstract paintings.
Paintings and drawings range in scale from the very small through to the quite large! Cliff Studio is set in a beautiful location close to Cliff beach and the Atlantic Ocean.
